A highly regarded Top Legal 500 practice in the Altrincham area is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join its thriving and well-respected Commercial Property team. The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, working closely with a team of experienced partners and associates.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting on acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases
• Advising landlords, tenants, developers, and investors
• Supporting on commercial development projects
• Handling portfolio management work
• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and ancillary documentation
• Managing your own caseload with autonomy while receiving guidance where needed
• Assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships

About You
We are looking for a strong, commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor who wants to develop within a highly reputable department.
You will ideally have:

• 3+ years PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge and experience running your own caseload
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• A proactive, organised and collaborative working style
• Confidence in developing relationships with clients and referrers
