Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Cambridge.
You'll handle a varied and high-quality caseload across a broad range of real estate matters, including commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development matters, and asset management. The role offers a strong balance of autonomy and support within a collaborative and growing real estate team.
You'll work closely with a diverse client base, providing clear, commercial advice on complex transactions. There is also scope to contribute to business development and play a key role in the continued growth of the firm's real estate practice in the Cambridge market.
About you:
Qualified solicitor with solid experience in real estate / commercial property law
Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Strong technical knowledge across commercial property and landlord & tenant matters
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Commercial, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
