A prestigious, top-tier commercial law firm in Central Manchester is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) to join its nationally recognised Real Estate team. The Role
You will work across a broad range of commercial property matters alongside leading partners and experienced associates. The team is involved in high-value, complex transactions for an impressive roster of clients, including developers, institutional investors, major corporates, and national landlords/tenants.
Your work will include:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development projects
• Real estate finance matters
• Supporting large-scale, multi-disciplinary transactions
• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of property documentation
• Direct client contact and involvement in business development activities

About You
We are looking for an ambitious and technically strong lawyer who is eager to develop within an elite real estate team.
You will have:

• NQ-4 years PQE in commercial property from a reputable firm
• Outstanding academic background (excellent grades essential)
• Strong technical ability and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication, drafting, and organisational skills
• A commercial mindset and confidence working with high-profile clients
• A team-focused approach and desire to progress in a top-tier environment
• Exceptional trainees qualifying into Real Estate are strongly encouraged to apply.
