Job Description
An award-winning UK law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy and well-established property team in Glasgow. The team advises a diverse client base, including developers, institutional investors, lenders, corporate occupiers, local authorities, and registered housing providers.
In this role, you will work closely with Partners on complex and high-profile transactions, while also managing your own matters with a strong degree of autonomy. The position requires excellent analytical skills, strong organisation, and a sound commercial understanding of the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Partners on complex and high-value real estate transactions and projects.
- Manage your own caseload across a broad range of property matters.
- Advise clients on investment and asset management, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, and estate management.
- Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of real estate documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development where appropriate.
