Real Estate Solicitor - 3 Month Fixed Term Contract (Remote / South of England) Location: Remote Contract: 3 months fixed term BCL Legal is working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm in the South of England who are seeking interim support within their busy real estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collegiate, commercially-minded firm that has embraced flexible working and values pragmatic, solutions-focused lawyers. The Role: - 3-month fixed term contract to provide support on a range of real estate matters. - Predominantly commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant matters. - Fully remote working, with occasional in-person collaboration where required. Immediate start available The Ideal Candidate: - Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with solid experience in commercial property work. - Able to work autonomously and manage files with minimal supervision. - Comfortable handling a varied caseload within a dynamic team environment. - Available at short notice for a fixed term contract. - This role would suit an experienced Real Estate Solicitor seeking a flexible short-term contract with a modern and supportive firm.
