Real Estate Associate (1-3 PQE) - Leeds We are working with a leading national law firm to help them recruit a Real Estate Associate to join their Leeds office. The Real Estate Team: The Real Estate group advises on all stages of the property lifecycle, from planning and development to acquisitions, disposals, and asset management. The team has a strong corporate real estate focus, acting regularly for major corporates and institutional investors. The Role: As a Real Estate Associate, you will work across a broad range of matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals of leasehold and freehold properties Landlord and tenant work, primarily commercial with some residential Asset management, licences, and wayleave agreements Property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals Due diligence, title reports, and certificates of title Property elements of secured and unsecured lending transactions You will also have the opportunity to support on: Complex pre-lets, portfolio sales, and purchases Overseas investment transactions Major development and refurbishment projects for occupiers What We're Looking For: We're seeking candidates with 1 to 3 PQE and strong experience or an interest in the following areas: Acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets Commercial landlord/tenant matters Corporate real estate transactions Why Join?
