Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join its large practice in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global law firm with a Tier 1 rated team. The Property practice advises large corporate clients across the UK.
The Real Estate Solicitor will get involved in a range of work including;

Providing expert legal advice on real estate matters to clients across the private and public sector.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements related to property transactions.
Managing complex real estate transactions including landlord and tenant, development and corporate occupier deals.
Supporting senior fee earners on larger transactions

The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;

A Solicitor between 1-4 years PQE
Proven ability to manage property transactions efficiently and effectively.
Strong academics and an interest to work for a large law firm
Ties to Leeds
Likely to already be working for a regional, national or international law firm.
