Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor / Senior Associate to join their growing team in Leeds. You will join a highly regarded national property practice and work on a range of commercial property transactions.
The Real Estate Solicitor will get involved in a range of work including;

Providing expert legal advice on real estate matters to clients including landlord and tenant, development and sales and acquisitions.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
Advising clients across a range of sectors including energy and retail.
Working with Partners on larger transactions.
Mentoring junior team members
Getting involved in business development.

The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;

A Solicitor likely to be around 5 years PQE plus
Proven experience in handling a variety of real estate transactions and matters.
Ties to Leeds
Likely to be working for a regional, national or international law firm
