Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor in Leeds to join their highly rated team. This role will suit a junior lawyer who is interested to work for a global law firm.
The Real Estate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

  • Providing legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters.
  • Working closely with the Partners and dealing with a range of work including landlord and tenant, development and corporate occupier work.
  • Working with large corporate clients across sectors such as retail, logistics and energy.
  • Handling some smaller matters by yourself and working as part of a team on larger transactions.

The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;
  • A Solicitor between 1-3 years PQE
  • Strong academics
  • A track record working in Real Estate for a regional, national or international law firm.
  • Ties to Leeds
  • An interest to work for a global law firm
The client is a international law firm with a large full service office in central Leeds. They have a large Real Estate team who is ranked as a Tier 1 team by the legal directories for Yorkshire. The firm promotes flexible working and can offer a great salary and benefits package with this position.
  • Salary ranging from 68,000 to 75,000.
