Our client is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their Liverpool office, in a fast-growing legal business group with national coverage.
About the role
Within this role, you will be advising public sector bodies and independent providers of health and social care services on a wide range of property matters. Clients include commissioning bodies, healthcare trusts, primary care providers, and private healthcare organisations, as well as key national health bodies.
The role provides significant client exposure and responsibility, including opportunities for travel, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate property support on mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the social care and independent health sectors for clients such as GP's opticians, dentists and pharmacists
  • Property due diligence on secured lending transactions
  • Negotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant matters
  • Title investigation and reporting
  • Drafting and negotiation of deeds of easement, licences, and tenancies at will
  • Providing property support on innovative contracting arrangements, including joint ventures and partnering agreements
  • Supporting business development initiatives and representing the firm to clients and intermediaries
  • Attending networking events and contributing to profile-raising activities
  • Developing and maintaining client and intermediary relationships
About you
  • 0-3 years PQE within Commercial Property
  • Proven experience in the healthcare sector is desirable
  • Strong landlord and tenant experience
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and research skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of client work with appropriate supervision
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
  • Proactive approach to business development
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new legal areas
  • Flexible and proactive working style
If you are at an NQ level, you will have needed to complete a seat in or have 6 months previous experience at a paralegal level within broad Real Estate . Experience specifically in healthcare would be beneficial but not essential.
