Real Estate Solicitor - Manchester An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading global law firm in their Manchester office. This highly regarded team is looking for a Solicitor with NQ - 4 PQE to support their impressive roster of national and international clients. About the Role: Caseload: The successful candidate will join the corporate occupiers team and manage a varied and interesting caseload, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, landlord/tenant matters, and asset management. Client Base: You'll work with clients from sectors including retail, leisure, industrial, and office occupiers, providing clear and commercially focused legal advice(many household names!) Key Responsibilities: Managing a broad range of real estate matters, with a focus on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality, practical legal advice. What's Required: Experience in acquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant matters within real estate. Strong communication and client management skills, with a proactive approach to business development. Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
