Salary: 60k-80k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 5-10
Contract Type: Permanent

My client, a Legal 500-ranked firm with an excellent property team, are currently seeking a Real Estate solicitor to join their established and friendly team in Southampton. This team strikes a perfect balance between high-quality work and an inclusive and collegiate working environment, with matters covering a wide variety of responsibilities on behalf of some standout clients, this is an ideal role for solicitors seeking a more personal touch with leading work.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for tackling a range of work including:
- Lease transactions
- Buying and selling leasehold and freehold commercial property
- Refinancing transactions
- Buying and selling business assets
- Complex land transfers and more
