Front and centre: working as part of our personable and professional Reception team at Wilsons, you'll be the first point contact for our clients and other visitors. Providing high quality reception, secretarial/administration duties and supporting in-house firm events.
Our contemporary Salisbury office is ideally situated in walking distance to the market square, train station and other amenities nearby.
This is a part time, permanent office-based role working 28 hours per week (4 mornings Monday to Thursday and a full day on Friday); perfect if you're looking for a role which you can come in, do a good job and switch off when you finish.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to clients and visitors
Maintain client confidentiality in the reception area and using meeting room for longer discussions, where appropriate
Managing and maintaining the electronic meeting room booking system and checking requirements
Setting up meeting rooms, liaising with IT where additional resources are required
Carrying trays of refreshments and clearing up after meetings; making sure meeting rooms are left clean and tidy
Ensuring the reception area, meeting rooms, client toilets and the kitchen area are always kept clean and tidy; rectifying problems where possible or reporting any issues immediately to the relevant team
Managing client car parking arrangements using the online system
Liaison with Moneypenny (Wilsons' telephony provider) over unplaced calls, sickness etc and taking messages where appropriate
Ordering lunches or other refreshments from external caterers when required
Ensuring meeting room supplies are kept topped up and supplies are re-ordered when necessary
Providing a secretarial service to the Legal and Business Support teams to assist with typing and other appropriate administrative tasks
Working alongside the Marketing Manager to provide support to in-house events including delegate packs, name badges, greeting attendees and general event assistance

We are looking for an approachable, reliable and well-presented individual to join our friendly reception team which comprises of 2 Reception Services Assistants, reporting to our Partnership & Business Support Manager, all of whom are based in Salisbury.
