Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Reception Manager to join our team at Gomersal Park Hotel. Our Head Receptionist must be hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for.
Our teams work hard to ensure our guests receive the best service possible. We have high standards and we ask you to work hard to meet them.
The shift patterns will be 5 days out of 7. There will be a requirement to work some weekends.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Manage phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Maintain organized records and perform data entry tasks accurately. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for administrative tasks and communication. Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. To manage staff rotas and adapt them to meet service/business needs Handle billing and reservations using QuickBooks and other relevant software.

Pay: Up to 29,000.00 per year
