Simon Rogan

in 2002 with the opening of the acclaimed L'Enclume restaurant in Cartmel, Cumbria. Over the years we have grown to include, Rogan & Co & Aulis in Cartmel, Henrock in Windermere and Aulis in London. We boast 5 Michelin stars and are renowned for the quality and seasonality of our offer. We also have 16 rooms across Cartmel for our diners/guests to stay overnight.



We are now looking to recruit a

Reception Manager

to lead our reception team based in Cartmel. You'll oversee the full guest experience, ensuring each guest receives an exceptional welcome and a smooth journey throughout their time with us.





The role will involve:


Overseeing the reception team of 2

Working with our reservations system

Ensuring smooth check in and check out procedures

Overseeing payments

Anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail of their visit is thoughtfully arranged




This role is based on 5 days per week - day shifts only.



We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in similar environments, customer service is key as well as a strong eye for detail and a sound understanding of reservations software systems.
