Reception Manager at London Financial Services Firmn charge of a team of 8 receptionists. We're seeking a professional and confident corporate receptionist - or Reception Supervisor or Head Receptionist to help oversee a busy corporate front desk operation. This is a client-facing role managing a large team working shifts Monday to Friday. You'll support the day-to-day running of the reception area, manage room bookings, coordinate internal events, and ensure exceptional service delivery at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as deputy to the Front of House Manager
Managing team rotas, breaks, holidays, and ensuring full cover
Meeting & greeting and providing 5* customer services
Handling client queries and complaints calmly and professionally
Liaising with suppliers, facilities, AV, hospitality and events teams
Training new joiners and supporting performance reviews
Using room booking systems and overseeing meeting room checks
Supporting occasional events and coordinating logistics
About you:
You'll bring proven front of house experience, ideally in a corporate or hospitality setting. You'll be calm under pressure, well-organised, and confident communicating at all levels. Familiarity with reservations systems a plus.
