We're looking for a warm, organised and proactive

Reception Supervisor

to join our fantastic Front of House team. You'll help oversee the daily running of reception -- ensuring every guest receives a seamless, five-star welcome and farewell -- while supporting and motivating our brilliant team of Reception Hosts.



From greeting guests with genuine warmth to managing reservations, check-ins, and behind-the-scenes logistics, you'll be a key part of keeping our hotel running smoothly. This is a role that blends hands-on guest service with calm, confident leadership -- perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a team environment.

What you'll be doing:




Supervising the day-to-day running of reception and supporting the Front of House team Providing an exceptional welcome and farewell for every guest Handling reservations, enquiries, and check-ins with professionalism and care Supporting the wider operations of the hotel and liaising with other departments Leading by example, motivating and mentoring the team to deliver exceptional service

What we're looking for:




Previous experience in a luxury hotel reception or reservations role Confidence in leading and supporting a team with positivity and professionalism Strong organisational and communication skills A hands-on, detail-focused attitude A genuine love of hospitality and making guests feel special A collaborative team player who brings warmth and enthusiasm to work every day

The details:




14.15 per hour (29,432 per year) Plus service charge (2,000-2,500 per year) -- total package around 31,932 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + hour unpaid break) 5 days per week, usually including weekends Uniform and meals on duty provided
