Reception Supervisor
Job Description
The Cawdor is an independent hotel & wedding venue with 26 bedrooms and a busy bar & restaurant. We are currently looking for a Reception Supervisor to join our friendly front of house team!
You will be responsible for handling all incoming enquiries & reservations, checking guests in & out, and communicating well with other departments of the hotel.
Applicants would ideally have a track record in a customer facing role with excellent customer service along with good communication skills, computer skills and a positive, friendly, can-do attitude. Previous hotel or reception experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,500.00-28,000.00 per year
