Reception Supervisor

, you'll be the face of the hotel, leading the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the Front Of House Manager in training and supervising reception staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily front desk operations Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries professionally Manage room reservations and payments using the hotel booking system Ensure high standards of customer service at all times Deal with guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively Ensure front desk areas are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a hotel reception or front-of-house role Supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident in using booking and payment systems (training provided) A calm, friendly and professional approach Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
