You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of excellent customer service through the efficient management of the Reception Team and are responsible for increasing primary and secondary spend opportunities at front of house both personally and by leadership of the Reception Teams.

We are looking for a Reception Team Leader to join us in transforming our business from 'good' to 'great'! This is a thrilling time for our company, and we need a key team member like you to help us achieve unprecedented success.
What does the role involve?
A hands-on role that requires you to:
To provide motivational leadership and management to the Reception Teams
To ensure consistency of service throughout all reception areas.
To ensure the efficient rotation of the Reception Teams to cover appropriate trading hours.
To manage all Reception Team rotas within agreed budgets.
Responsible for continued performance management of the Reception Teams
To ensure a professional first point of contact for all customer issues.
To ensure the efficient and swift resolution of all enquiries / complaints.
To manage and maintain accurate retail stock.
Commercially controls spend within specific remit, working creatively and in a SMART way to reduce both overall costs whilst increasing efficiency.
To ensure a comprehensive understanding of Emergency Action Procedure and take action as necessary.
Responsible for minimising the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace and for reporting potential risks, real accidents and near misses to relevant managers.
To perform other duties as assigned or requested in order to meet the needs of the business.

This role will be based at Waterlooville
but will be expected to travel to other company
site as the need requires.
