We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing exceptional front desk support. The ideal candidate will be organised, proficient in administrative tasks, and possess excellent phone etiquette.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Manage office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Utilise computerised systems for scheduling and record-keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with basic clerical duties as needed
- Cash Handling and taking of payments.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type efficiently
- Prior experience in communicating with members of the public is desirable
