Summary



We are seeking a

professional, friendly, highly organised, and flexible Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

to join our team at

London Dental Arts

, a respected private specialist and general dentistry clinic in South East London. This important front-of-house role involves welcoming patients, managing the reception area, and carrying out a range of administrative tasks. To maintain our

'Gold Standard' and '5 Star'

patient experience, we work closely as a team and depend on last-minute flexibility to meet the changing demands of front-of-house. This adaptability is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic and delivering the high standards of service and care our patients expect.

Key Responsibilities



Manage patient appointments and schedules with accuracy and attention to detail Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly and professionally to patient enquiries Carry out administrative duties efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Work closely with the dental team to maintain seamless clinic workflows and patient experiences

Requirements



Excellent command of written and spoken English Professional, approachable, and proactive front-of-house manner Flexibility with working days, including availability every other Saturday Ability to manage changing rotas and schedules Strong background in delivering high-quality customer service, ideally in a private healthcare or similar setting

Salary



Hourly Rate:

16 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

A pay review will take place after a successful 3-month probation period, with an increase to be agreed. A further review and potential increase will follow at 6 months.
