This family provides specialist administrative support to Survitec's lenders, leaders, business functions and customers. They provide expert secretarial, clerical and administrative services, diary and event management, ensuring Survitec leaders have access to the right materials to support and expedite decision making and business operation
Job Summary
This role provides a welcome to visitors at Survitec sites in person of by telephone, directing enquiries effectively whilst upholding safety and security standards. Supports the site and wider business with administration support as needed
Duties and responsibilities
Provides a professional reception service to Survitec visitors, greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately and notifying Survitec colleagues of their visitors' arrival; acts as the face of the business when welcoming scheduled visitors to Survitec premises
Maintains telephony systems and building security protocols and standards; ensures access guidelines and protocols are implemented and maintained
Keeps a clean and safe and reception area; identities and escalates any safety or other issues promptly, taking appropriate measures until these are addressed
Maintains site directory information, meeting room bookings and equipment calendars, or car parking reservations. Effectively communicates meeting room bookings and ensures meeting protocols are adhered to
Operates any local site communications channels effectively, such as preparing visitor boards or making loud-speaker announcements
Supports fire and other emergency evacuation procedures effectively
Provides general administration support as needed, to support the wider team

Experience and qualification
Educated to High School or Further Education level, with 4 GCSEs
1 - 3 years of general work experience, working under own initiative
No formal management experience required for this role
