This role supports the smooth running of day-to-day office operations by providing general administrative assistance. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers and suppliers (in person, online and by phone), you will help maintain a professional and welcoming impression of the business.
This is a full-time, office-based position in East Kilbride, working Monday to Friday.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves building and maintaining strong working relationships with both internally and externally.
As Receptionist / Administrator, your duties will include:
Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Answering telephone calls, taking messages and directing enquiries appropriately
Managing meeting room bookings and arranging refreshments when required
Welcoming and assisting visitors on arrival
Typing, filing and general administrative support
Supporting departments with additional tasks as needed

Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
