Answer calls and messages with friendly, professional charm -- you're the first impression!

Salon Support Superstar
Be the go-to for the salon director and manager -- managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and keeping the day on track.
Keep the front desk stocked and organized so everything runs like clockwork.
Help with bookkeeping basics and keep important records in tip-top shape.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:
Reception & Client Interaction
Welcome clients with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm.
Manage bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and walk-ins smoothly.
Take payments with accuracy and make sure everyone leaves happy.
Prepare and serve drinks, making clients feel pampered from start to finish.
Appointment & Schedule Management
Keep all stylist calendars perfectly organised and up-to-date.
Handle new bookings and make sure no client gets left behind.
Coordinate schedules, balancing artists' availability and client needs.
Administrative & PA Support
Manage salon owner/manager's calendar and appointments like a pro.
Maintain neat and accessible client records and filing systems.
Order supplies and keep the front desk looking sharp and stocked.
Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks.
Maintaining confidentiality at all times
Anticipating needs and issues before they arise
Being adaptable and responsive to changing priorities
Salon Presentation & Cleanliness
Keep the reception and retail areas clean, neat, and inviting all day long.
