Dental Receptionist - Temple Square Dental, Aylesbury

Temple Square Dental in Aylesbury is looking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You'll be the first friendly face our patients see, helping to create a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Your Working Hours

: Monday: 8:00 - 17:30, Tuesday: 10:00 - 19:15, Wednesday: 8:00 - 17:30, Thursday 8:00 - 17:30, Friday: 8:00 - 16:30 with 1 Saturday per month working 8:45 - 13:15

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for delivering first-class service across a busy reception desk. Your day will include:


Greeting and checking in patients Managing appointment bookings and diaries Handling calls, emails, and patient enquiries Taking payments and processing paperwork Supporting clinicians and the wider team where needed Keeping the reception area running smoothly and professionally

Who We're Looking For:

Previous dental or healthcare reception experience is ideal, but not essential for the right candidate Strong admin, IT and multitasking skills Someone calm, confident and professional in a patient-facing role A great communicator with a warm, positive attitude Able to work well as part of a supportive and friendly team
