Minimum of one years receptionist or telephone experience required.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
Job Responsibilities include:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Respond and construct emails
Maintain a filing system
Check and distribute paperwork
Provide general support and be point of contact to clients
Job Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
