Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Assist fee earners and support staff with admin duties.
Skills
Strong administrative and clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while providing excellent customer service.
Proficient typing skills to assist with various documentation needs.
