has rapidly grown into the UK's largest and most decorated Coding and Computer Science institution. Each month, we empower thousands of children and adults, collaborating with over 150 schools, colleges, and businesses nationwide to deliver comprehensive courses in STEM, Coding, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Studies.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?



First Impressions:

Assist students, staff, faculty, and visitors with a warm, professional, and friendly approach.

Clear Communication:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries, providing clear information on university services, events, and programmes.

Reception Management:

Manage the reception desk efficiently, including signing in visitors, issuing passes, and ensuring adherence to university security protocols.

Information Point:

Provide accurate guidance regarding campus facilities, academic programmes, and internal services.

Admin Support:

Handle general office tasks such as maintaining supplies, filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Meetings & Scheduling:

Coordinate appointments and meetings for students, staff, and faculty.

Mail & Packages:

Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.

Facility Presentation:

Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.

Team Support:

Assist other departments with administrative support as required.

Safeguarding Awareness:

Ensure all visitor and reception procedures comply with safeguarding and data protection standards.

WHAT BACKGROUND DO I NEED TO HAVE?



High school diploma or equivalent (A-Levels or similar). Additional qualifications in administration, customer service, or languages are a plus. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role -- ideally within an academic or professional environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. Highly organised with excellent multitasking and time management abilities. Confident, approachable, and professional in all forms of communication. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Familiarity with safeguarding and confidentiality practices is desirable.

Ability to speak Romanian is highly desirable
