Job Description

Key Tasks:



Efficiently handle all incoming telephone calls, ensuring accurate call logging and timely message delivery. Provide telephone support to partners and other staff members as needed. Greet and assist visitors and clients to the reception area in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Maintain a neat and orderly reception area at all times. Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as required.

Person Specification:



Skills:



Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear messages Proficient in IT applications

Preferred:



Understanding of law firm operations Business administration principles Basic knowledge of legal matters Familiarity with GDPR and Equality Standards Previous experience in legal work
