Greet and assist visitors and clients to the reception area in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
Maintain a neat and orderly reception area at all times.
Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as required.

Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear messages
Proficient in IT applications
Preferred:
Understanding of law firm operations
Business administration principles
Basic knowledge of legal matters
Familiarity with GDPR and Equality Standards
Previous experience in legal work
