Your Responsibilities:

Warm Welcomes:

Be the friendly face that greets relatives and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming reception.

Efficient Communication:

Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate personnel in a professional manner.

Reception Management:

Keep the reception area clean, organised and presentable.

Administrative Support:

Assist with data entry, filing, maintaining records, and managing the scheduling system efficiently.

Clerical Duties:

Handle photocopying, faxing, emailing, and ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.

Collaboration:

Work with colleagues to maintain a smooth flow of communication within the care home.

Confidentiality:

Uphold confidentiality and respect residents' privacy at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Available to work weekends Shifts: Monday to Sunday pro rata 9am - 5pm Ideally 16 - 20 hours per week Proficient in using office software such as Planday and Microsoft Office Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills Ability to perform clerical tasks accurately and efficiently Skilled in data entry and maintaining organised records Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Familiarity with computerised systems for managing appointments and information
