Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You'll be joining us at our practice in Bournemouth, Tuckton road ( BH6 3LA ). As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.


The working pattern for this role is


Monday 11:00-17:00

Tuesday 15:15-19:15

Friday 12:45-18:00

1 Saturday in 4 08:30-13:30


As a receptionist, you'll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing

Welcome customers warmly - in person and over the phone Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
