Job Summary

What you'll do

We are currently looking for a bright and proactive Receptionist to join our Bristol office.

You will join a friendly and welcoming team with lots of opportunities to get involved across the firm. Our office and client suite provides excellent working conditions in a central and vibrant location, in the heart of the legal community. This role offers the opportunity to further develop your client service skills within a supportive and friendly professional environment.

This is a full-time permanent role, providing an efficient and effective reception, client hospitality and administrative service, working alongside our existing Senior Receptionist. The role requires a flexible approach and a willingness to learn, along with excellent client service and administrative skills, with the ability to present a professional image of the Firm. Given the nature of the role, it is an office-based position.

Main duties will include meeting and greeting clients, keeping reception and the client suites tidy and well-stocked, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, monitoring stationery and office supplies, answering the phone, diary management for meeting rooms and car park bookings, assisting with photocopying and scanning plus other ad-hoc admin duties.

Who you are

You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, being a positive and proactive team player, remaining calm under pressure and approaching all given tasks with excellent organisational skills, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will take pride in maintaining high standards of work, and seek to provide an outstanding level of service to clients and colleagues.

Ideally, you will have already gained some reception or front of house experience and possess good keyboard skills, whilst being keen to expand your skills and experience further.

That's what sets us apart.

Our offer

We offer a range of benefits to support you at work and at home.

This includes a flexible working framework, extra annual leave for your birthday and the option to buy more holiday.
