We are recruiting for an exceptional Receptionist to join an impressive, serviced office operation in Bristol. This is a varied and exciting role where you will act as the face of the business to members and private office clients assisting with enquiries, bookings, administration and events.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be an outgoing, customer focused receptionist as well as a fantastic host and face of the business.
• You will ideally have experience in an admin / reception customer faced role or within the hospitality sector.
• We are looking for a brand ambassador for the company that is always looking to exceed guest expectation.
• You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels and build rapport with regular tenants and visitors alike.
• You will be IT literate and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong administration skills.
• You will be well presented, have a positive energy and welcoming demeanour.

Responsibilities:

• Host duties - Meeting and greeting visitors as they enter the building.
• Providing show arounds for potential tenants and guests.
• Accurately recording calls and visits and ensuring messages are passed to the correct people in a timely manner.
• Driving the Guest Services offering.
• Accountable for driving customer experience and becoming the first point of contact for tenants and visitors within the building.
• Assisting tenants and visitors with any day-to-day needs
