This role is based within a very busy reception area working alongside a supportive team, delivering exceptional support and care to our patients. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to high standards of service delivery, accuracy at all times, empathy for our patients whilst performing a wide range of receptionist and administrative duties including answering telephones, booking appointments, providing assistance to patient queries and maintaining accurate patient records. You will be expected to present yourself in a smart, professional manner/ attire. The successful candidate must have experience of working within a similar role and have excellent communication skills and be I.T.
proficient. Experience of working with EMIS system would be beneficial . Team player is essential, being able to use your own initiative and willing to acquire new skills and knowledge. Attention to details will be a key characteristic.
