meet and greet patients attending surgery at the front desk answer the telephone book in appointments using EMIS clinical system. deal with queries and/or signposting these to the correct department. deal with queries relating to prescriptions, appointments, referrals, forms etc or passing to the correct team if required, ensuring that the enquiry is handled efficiently. maintain a professional and calm approach to anyone attending the surgery or calling in on the telephone.
support any clinical staff as required ensure clinical rooms stocked at the end of the day. This is a part-time role of 16 hours a week as follows: Tuesdays: 13.45 to 18.45 (5 hours) Wednesdays: 13.45 to 18.45 (5 hours) Fridays: 08.00 to 14.00 (6 hours) You will also be required to work the occasional Saturday shift.
