Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You'll be joining us at our St Mary's Place dental practice in Bury, BL9 0DZ. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face-to-face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.


The working pattern for this role is Full-time, working Monday 8:45 - 18:00, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:45 - 17:30, Thursday 8:45 - 18:00 and Friday 8:45 - 17:00. As a receptionist, you'll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.

Welcome customers warmly - in person and over the phone Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
