Role Overview
We are seeking a
Receptionist / Call Centre Agent
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. You will also assist with client queries, appointment scheduling, and administrative support for the legal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage high volumes of incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
Greet clients and visitors at the reception, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Handle client enquiries, take detailed messages, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or solicitors.
Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and update calendars as needed.
Record client details and case information accurately into the firm's CRM and case management system (LEAP).
Assist with scanning, filing, and general office administration tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and data protection regulations.
Support the marketing and client relations team when needed (e.g., managing client feedback, updating call logs).
Provide consistent communication and coordination between departments to ensure efficient client service delivery.
Key Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong telephone manner and client-handling ability.
Good IT and data entry skills; experience with CRM or legal case management systems (preferred but not essential).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy office environment.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative work.
Requirements
Previous experience in a
receptionist, call centre, or client service
role (legal experience preferred).
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology.
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday,
9:00 am - 5:30 pm
