Working Days: Thursdays & Fridays
Hours: 8:15AM - 5:30 PM
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: 11,830.

Sancton Wood Nursery School is a nurturing, vibrant and inclusive early years setting dedicated to helping children thrive in a safe and supportive environment.
We are looking for a warm, organised and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly team and be the welcoming face of our nursery on Thursdays and Fridays.
Your Role:
As our receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth daily running of the nursery. Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting children, parents and visitors Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries Managing entry and exit procedures in line with safeguarding policies Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the nursery team Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
About You:
We are seeking someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and calm under pressure Highly organised with strong communication skills Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office Experienced in a similar receptionist or admin role (experience in a school or nursery is desirable) Committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment for children and families
