We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, directing them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette
Manage front desk activities, including handling mail and deliveries
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings as required
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace applications
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
Support team members with clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations
Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming at all times
Requirements
Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry techniques
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment
