Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You'll be joining us at our Llanrumney practice in Cardiff. This practice is relocating shortly to CF24 1RQ and is a full time role. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in our new City Link practice that will be a state of the art practice, purpose built to serve the community in Cardiff. This role will offer unrivalled opportunities to develop and expand your professional knowledge in a practice that has a full clinical offering. The working hours for the practice are from 8-8 on a Monday to Friday and then 9-5 on a Saturday.

What you'll be doing

Welcome customers warmly - in person and over the phone Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
