Willowbrook Surgery are looking to recruit a temporary member of staff to our friendly team. The role will be a temporary position with the possible view to become a permanent position . The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and general administration experience, although full training will be provided. This will be a 10 hour contract, with working hours to be confirmed, our business hours are 7:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
Patient confidentiality and GDPR is paramount and you will be required to adhere to the regulations.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Maintaining and monitoring the Practice appointments system.
Processing telephone requests for appointments, visits and general enquiries ensuring calls are signposted correctly.
Liaising with other external organisations.
Opening up and locking up of Practice premises and maintaining security in accordance with Practice protocols.
Clearing and restocking consulting rooms as required.
Keeping the reception area, notice-boards and leaflet dispensers tidy and free from obstructions and clutter.
Other general administration tasks (photocopying/filing) as required.
