in 2002 with the opening of the acclaimed L'Enclume restaurant in Cartmel, Cumbria. Over the years we have grown to include, Rogan & Co & Aulis in Cartmel, Henrock in Windermere, Aulis in London and Skof in Manchester. We boast 6 Michelin stars and are renowned for the quality and seasonality of our offer. We also have 16 rooms across Cartmel for our diners/guests to stay overnight.

We are now looking to recruit a receptionist on a part-time basis to join our reception team based in Cartmel . The role will involve:

Working with our reservations system

Ensuring smooth check in and check out procedures

Overseeing payments

Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

The role is based on the following hours:

Part Time - 25 hours (3 days) per week

We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in similar environments, customer service is key as well as a sound understanding of reservations software systems.
