Receptionist - Be the Friendly Face of Bourlon Barracks!

Location:

Bourlon Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3AD

Pay:

12.21 per hour

Hours:

20 per week, Monday-Friday (shifts: 07:00-11:00, 11:00-15:00, or 15:00-19:00)

What you'll do:

Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service. Handle calls, emails, and queries with professionalism and a friendly approach. Draft and manage internal and external emails, monitor mailboxes. Learn and use bespoke military software applications (full training provided). Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily objectives.

What we're looking for:

---------------------------

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint). Previous admin or receptionist experience is desirable, but full training will be given. Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
