About the Role

North Chelmsford Healthcare Centre/Beaulieu Healthcare Centre are excited to be offering a new opportunity as part of our ongoing expansion for 34.5 hours per week. This role will involve working across both of our Chelmsford sites: North Chelmsford Healthcare Centre and our soon to open branch surgery, Beaulieu Healthcare Centre.



Hours are;
Monday: 8:00am - 6:30 pm Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

We are seeking an applicant with excellent people skills to join our friendly team across our Chelmsford sites. If you're compassionate, adaptable, and thrive in a busy healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.



Key responsibilities include:


Handling patient queries via phone, email, in person Working in our triage team assisting the triage doctor Processing prescription requests Arranging home visits Managing card and cash payments from patients Manage waiting lists and follow-up appointments Support clinicians and other staff with day-to-day tasks

A comprehensive 3-week induction will be provided to support your onboarding and success in the role.
