The Role

Every Wednesday and Thursday Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner Greet others with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection

About You

A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

Deewater Grange on Chester Road in Huntington opens in winter 2019 and will provide an extensive range of quality care services, including residential and nursing care, short term respite care plus specialist dementia care. At Care UK, we believe in supporting residents to live fulfilling lives and supporting residents to continue doing the things they enjoy. We'll have our own cinema, coffee shop and hair and beauty salon to enable residents to continue enjoying a great lifestyle. The only difference is that expert care will be on hand 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
