POSITION SUMMARY
The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their owners visiting the clinic. This position will work within the team of receptionists and provide assistance with admin duties as well as reception cover.
This is a rare opportunity due to internal transfer.

Ability to work independently or as an effective member of a team
Responsible for greeting patients, visitors, and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Opening and closing the office daily. Setting up for the following day's appointments. Other duties as assigned.
BENEFITS:
Part Time - 31 hours per week, including a share of Saturday morning 8.30am - 12.30pm; benefits include: Staff discount scheme, Paid Holidays (6.6 weeks incl. bank holidays)
