We are a friendly, high street law firm seeking a

Receptionist & Conveyancing Administrator

to join our busy Shirebrook office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and ready to support both clients and colleagues in a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities



Be the first point of contact for clients, both face-to-face and over the phone Manage reception duties: answering calls, taking messages, greeting visitors Learn and use our quotes system to prepare and send client quotes Provide administrative support to the conveyancing department and Head of Department Open and close files, prepare documents, and handle general office duties Use the firm's case management system to update and maintain client records Assist with the firm's archiving system

Person Specification



Significant previous legal office experience

or

a law graduate background Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Confident with IT systems and keen to learn new software A proactive team player with a positive attitude
