Job Description

We are seeking a conscientious and well-organised Conveyancing Administrator to join our Conveyancing Department.


This role involves providing essential administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient and accurate progression of property transactions and maintaining the high standards of professionalism for which our firm is known.


The successful candidate will be responsible for opening new matters, preparing and issuing letters of engagement, and accurately inputting and maintaining client information within the Conveyancing systems. They will collate, scan, and record client documentation for sign-off, and assist in preparing searches and Land Registry applications. The role will also include supporting the team with the drafting of documents and undertaking additional administrative duties as required to assist with the smooth operation of the wider department.


Applicants should possess a good standard of education and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisational abilities are essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. They should display resilience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a professional approach in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
