We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling correspondence, and supporting administrative functions across the organisation.
Duties
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately using excellent phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings using organisational skills
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Perform general clerical duties to support team members as required
Opening, closing snd arvhong of legal files.

Qualifications
Proven office experience or clerical experience preferred
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Experience with data entry and administrative tasks demonstrating organisational skills
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication abilities
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Organised, reliable, and professional demeanour suitable for a customer-facing role
